Mae edrych ar negeseuon, newyddion, neu gyfryngau cymdeithasol yn syth yn llenwi dy ymennydd \u00e2 straen cyn i ti godi o&#8217;r gwely hyd yn oed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceisia edrych trwy&#8217;r ffenestr neu gamu tu allan am ychydig funudau.
