Mae sawl rheswm pam bod pobl yn teimlo fel eu bod angen newid eu corff. Yn aml, mae&#8217;r cyfryngau yn awgrymu bod rhaid edrych ryw ffordd benodol er mwyn bod yn ddeniadol neu&#8217;n iach. Pan fyddwn yn credu&#8217;r negeseuon yma, gall wneud i ni deimlo fel nad ydym yn ddigon da fel yr ydym ni.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pwrpas y blog yma yw herio&#8217;r negeseuon yma a&#8217;n helpu ni i ofalu am ein corff yn union fel y maent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faint ddylet ti bwyso?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Weithiau mae gweithwyr iechyd proffesiynol yn defnyddio amrediad pwysau i gyfleu&#8217;r person &#8216;cyffredin&#8217;. Ond, nid yw&#8217;r rhain yn ystyried y gwahaniaethau rhwng pawb. Weithiau, mae pobl yn cael trafferth gydag Anhwylder Dysmorffia&#8217;r Corff (BDD). Dyma pan fydd rhywun yn gweld eu corff mewn ffordd negyddol neu gam, gan chwyddo&#8217;r pethau nad ydynt yn hoffi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae rhai pobl o&#8217;r gred bod newid eu hedrychiad yn mynd i&#8217;w gwneud yn hapus, ond nid yw hyn yn ganlyniad realistig. Mae hapusrwydd a llesiant yn dod o&#8217;r tu mewn, wrth ofalu am ein corff a&#8217;n meddwl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;n iawn os wyt ti&#8217;n cael meddyliau a theimladau negyddol. Ni all neb ddisgwyl bod yn hapus ac yn bositif trwy&#8217;r adeg. Mae bod yn garedig i dy hun yn y cyfnodau yma yn mynd yn bell!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pethau i&#8217;w hosgoi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;n hawdd mynd \u00e2 phethau&#8217;n rhy bell pan ddaw at chwiwiau sy&#8217;n addo colli pwysau&#8217;n sydyn. Mae&#8217;r rhyngrwyd yn llawn honiadau bod posib newid dy edrychiad wrth ddilyn y ffasiwn ddiweddaraf pan ddaw at ddiet, ymarfer corff, defnyddio tabledi, neu bigiadau colli pwysau. Gallant fod yn ddrud iawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae llawer o&#8217;r dulliau yma yn hyrwyddo dulliau cyfyngol neu eithafol sydd ddim yn cael eu cefnogi gan wyddoniaeth ac sydd \u00e2 pheryglon iechyd. Mae hyd yn oed y rhai sydd yn llwyddiannus i rai pobl yn aml yn cynnig canlyniadau dros dro yn unig, sy&#8217;n golygu bod pobl yn rhoi&#8217;r pwysau ymlaen mor sydyn ag y collwyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os yw rhywbeth yn swnio&#8217;n rhy dda i fod yn wir, yna mae&#8217;n debyg ei fod e&#8217;. Dylid osgoi unrhyw gyngor neu feddyginiaeth diet sydd ddim yn dod gan ddoctor, maethegydd proffesiynol, neu ddietegydd. Os oes gen ti unrhyw amheuaeth, siarada \u00e2 dy feddyg teulu gyntaf.
