Heddiw, ar 18fed Mai, mae Urdd Gobaith Cymru<\/a> yn rhannu neges o Heddwch ac Ewyllys Da<\/a> i uno holl blant y byd. Mae’r Urdd yn cyhoeddi neges newydd wedi’i hysgrifennu gan bobl ifanc Cymru bob blwyddyn ar y dyddiad yma ers 1955.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cychwynnodd popeth yn 1922 pan ysgrifennwyd y neges Heddwch ac Ewyllys Da cyntaf gan blant Cymru. Cafodd y neges hon ei darlledu’n rhyngwladol drwy god Morse gan y Parch Gwilym Davies o Gwm Rhymni, gyda’r pwrpas o uno plant o amgylch y byd. Neges y flwyddyn honno oedd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Dymuniad, yn dilyn colledion enbyd y Rhyfel Mawr, na \u201cfydd raid i neb ohonom, pan awn yn h\u0177n, ddangos ein cariad tuag at wlad ein genedigaeth trwy gas\u00e1u a lladd y naill y llall.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhannu’r neges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Am ganrif bron, mae miloedd o bobl ifanc wedi bod yn rhan o greu, rhannu ac ymateb i’r neges hon o heddwch. Cafodd y neges ei darlledu am y tro cyntaf ar Wasanaeth Byd y BBC yn 1924. Heddiw mae’n cael ei gyfieithu i sawl iaith ac yn cael ei rannu’n eang o amgylch y byd. Ei fwriad yw ysbrydoli plant a phobl ifanc i greu byd yr hoffant fyw ynddi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae’r neges yma bellach yn ysbrydoliaeth i waith dyngarol a rhyngwladol Urdd Gobaith Cymru<\/a>, a gymerodd yr awenau o rannu’r neges yn flynyddol, gyda’r bwriad o hyrwyddo defnydd yr iaith Gymraeg. Mae’r 18fed yn arwyddocaol gan mai dyma ddyddiad y gynhadledd heddwch cyntaf yn Yr Hag yn 1899.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lluniwyd neges 2018 gan bobl ifanc Morgannwg Ganol. Mae llinell gymorth Meic yn falch iawn o gefnogi’r ymgyrch y flwyddyn hon. Mae neges eleni yn rhoi diolch am y cyfleoedd sydd ar gael i bobl ifanc. Mae’n pwysleisio\u2019r angen i wrando ar leisiau\u2019r ifanc, a\u2019r angen am gymorth iddynt drafod a goresgyn problemau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ar y 18fed o Fai, bydd gwersyll gwaith rhyngwladol yn digwydd yng Nghaerdydd. Byddant yn rhannu neges 2018 ar-lein ar lwyfannau cyfryngau cymdeithasol er mwyn annog ymatebion byd-eang. Mae llawer o gyffro a disgwyliad am neges eleni. Edrychwn ymlaen at bobl ifanc ledled y byd yn helpu ni i rannu’r neges chefnogi byd gwell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
