Mae hwn yn un o ychydig erthyglau cyhoeddir ar y pwnc yr wythnos hon. Edrycha ar ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meiccymru.org\/cym\/erthyglau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hadran erthyglau<\/a> am fwy.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;n siom bod <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealth.org.uk\/campaigns\/mental-health-awareness-week\">Wythnos Ymwybyddiaeth Iechyd Meddwl<\/a> yn disgyn reit ynghanol cyfnod yr arholiadau, pan fydd y mwyafrif o bobl ifanc yn rhy brysur yn teimlo straen i&#8217;w gydnabod. Dyma&#8217;r cyfnod prysuraf am deimlo panig a straen. Felly, mae&#8217;n bwysig iawn i gymryd amser i fod yn ymwybodol o&#8217;n hunain a&#8217;r bobl o&#8217;n cwmpas. Mae arholiadau yn bwysig, ond mae iechyd meddwl yn bwysicach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Siarad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae siarad yn bwysig i gael rhyddhad o straen. Cymera amser o&#8217;r astudio i siarad gyda ffrindiau am sut yr wyt ti&#8217;n ymdopi. Mae fentio gyda phobl yn yr un sefyllfa \u00e2 thi yn ffordd dda i gael gwared ar y teimlad o rwystredigaeth. Rhanna dy strategaethau i gael gwared ar y straen ac ymlacio. Sicrha bod dy ffrindiau yn deall dy fod di yno i siarad os yw&#8217;r straen a&#8217;r nerfau yn dod yn ormod. Oherwydd hyn, mae&#8217;n gyfnod hawdd i salwch meddwl lithro dan y radar. Mae&#8217;n bwysig peidio cymharu straen arholiadau i bryder fel salwch meddwl. Yn bendant nid ydynt yr un peth. Os wyt ti&#8217;n dioddef o straen arholiadau, mae&#8217;r teimladau yma yn normal a ti&#8217;n gwneud yn iawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rhwystredigaeth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dylai salwch meddwl barhau i fod yn flaenoriaeth i weithwyr iechyd meddwl proffesiynol a gweithwyr cefnogol. Mae angen cydnabod hyn ar wah\u00e2n i straen arholiadau. Mae&#8217;r straen yn diflannu i&#8217;r mwyafrif unwaith i&#8217;r arholiadau orffen. Yn y cyfamser mae&#8217;r rhai sydd \u00e2 gwir angen yn gorfod rhannu&#8217;r&nbsp;rhestr aros i weld doctor neu gynghorwr. Mae hyn yn rhwystredig ac yn eu bychanu.
