Os yw&#8217;r gweithgaredd yma yn cynnwys rhyw (rhyw fagina, anws neu geneuol) yna bydd hyn yn cael ei ystyried yn drais neu r\u00eap. Mae&#8217;n edrych ar gyflwr meddwl a gallu rhywun i wneud penderfyniad. Os oes gen ti broblemau iechyd meddwl, neu ddim yn hollol ymwybodol neu dan ddylanwad alcohol neu gyffuriau, yna gall hyn effeithio ar dy gyflwr meddwl. Mae ymosodiad rhywiol a r\u00eap yn gallu cael effaith enfawr ar y ddau ohonoch. Bydd y person sydd heb roi caniat\u00e2d yn teimlo mewn trallod ac wedi&#8217;u treisio, a bydd y person sydd heb gael caniat\u00e2d yn gallu wynebu cofnod troseddol, dirwy, gorchymyn prawf neu arhosiad yn y carchar. Gallant gael eu cofrestru fel troseddwr rhyw hefyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os nad wyt ti&#8217;n sicr am deimladau dy bartner am hyn, yna siarada \u00e2 nhw. Darganfod y pethau maen nhw&#8217;n gyfforddus ag ef. Sicrha dy fod di&#8217;n cael &#8220;ie&#8221; brwdfrydig cyn unrhyw weithgaredd rhywiol a pheidio gosod y person dan unrhyw bwysau. Mae parch yn bwysig ymhob perthynas, ac mae hyn yn wir gyda rhyw hefyd. Bydda&#8217;n barchus o benderfyniadau a theimladau dy bartner ac ei di ddim o&#8217;i le!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Mae&#8217;n hanfodol deall nad yw&#8217;n bosib i ti roi caniat\u00e2d yn gyfreithiol os wyt ti o dan 16 oed, gan dy fod di dal yn blentyn yn \u00f4l y system gyfreithiol. Mae rhai pobl ifanc yn dewis cael rhyw cyn iddynt fod yn ddigon hen yn gyfreithiol, ond mae hyn yn cael ei ystyried fel torri&#8217;r gyfraith. Efallai bydd yr heddlu yn dewis gwneud dim yn y sefyllfa yma, ond nid all gwarantu hyn.
