Mae Meic yma i helpu wrth gyhoeddi gwybodaeth ddefnyddiol dros yr wythnosau nesaf i helpu ti i ymdopi a pharatoi. Ceisiais ddilyn y cyngor o gyfri defaid, ond fel arfer roeddent yn newid i ddyddiadau hanesyddol neu sawl Harri\u2019r Wythfed bychan yn carlamu dros y ffens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn waeth nag hynny, ar \u00f4l yr arholiadau roedd gen i gymaint o gwestiynau heb eu hateb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cBeth allwn i wedi ysgrifennu ym mhum munud diwethaf yr arholiad Ffrangeg?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cPa brifysgol?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cPa swydd?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dwi\u2019n un ai\u2019n meddwl am y pethau yma neu\u2019n breuddwydio am hafaliadau arwynebedd cylch o leiaf tair waith y nos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teimlo straen gyda chyngor straen!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn aml ymddangosai fel bod mwy o wybodaeth am y symptomau o straen na chyngor am sut i\u2019w oroesi. Y peth dwi\u2019n cas\u00e1u fwyaf ydy pan fydd tudalennau yn rhestru symptomau straen. Roeddwn i dan bwysau. Roedd gen i gur pen ac yn methu cysgu. Ond roeddwn eisiau trechu\u2019r poendod hwn, nid edrych ar ryw restr o bwyntiau bwled yn cynghori i \u2018anadlu\u2019n ddofn\u2019 \u2013 fel rhywun sy\u2019n dioddef o asthma mae hynny\u2019n anodd! Dyna le\u2019r oeddwn, yn effro am ddau\u2019r bore, yn ceisio tawelu\u2019r meddwl wrth gredu bod cadw\u2019n ddigyffro ac anadlu i mewn ac allan yn araf yn golygu byddwn yn cysgu am naw awr gyfan cyn yr arholiad mathemateg \u2013 annhebygol!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Felly i helpu eraill sydd yn chwilio am gyngor defnyddiol yn hytrach nag rhestr o symptomau, dyma fy nghyngor i am yr hyn gall helpu yn ystod arholiadau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/meic.cymru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-13-at-14.20.06.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/meic.cymru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-13-at-14.20.06-1024x576.png\" alt=\"study notes video still for exams story article\" class=\"wp-image-2274\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Amseru\u2019r adolygu yn iawn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Y camgymeriad cyntaf gall rhywun ei wneud ydy adolygu\u2019n hwyr yn y nos. Mae ceisio gwasgu llinell amser yr Ail Ryfel Byd i mewn yn dy ben am 11 y nos yn mynd i ddangos i ti\u2019r hyn ti ddim yn ei wybod. Dyma\u2019r unig beth fydd yn mynd drwy dy feddwl di wrth i ti geisio cysgu. Ceisia gorffen yr adolygu o leiaf awr cyn diffodd y golau; cer am dro, darllena lyfr, neu eistedd mewn lle cyffyrddus, distaw am ychydig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cofleidio\u2019r cwsg<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cer i\u2019r gwely ar amser addas. Efallai bydd rhai pobl yn cynghori ti i fynd i\u2019r gwely\u2019n fuan pan fydd gen ti ddiwrnod anodd o dy flaen, ond os mai 10:30yh ydy dy amser cysgu naturiol, a ti\u2019n ceisio cysgu am 9yh, yna mae\u2019n debyg byddi di\u2019n gorwedd yna\u2019n poeni nad wyt ti\u2019n gallu cysgu. Rhaid darganfod cydbwysedd \u2013 paid cysgu tan 11 y bore os wyt ti\u2019n gwybod na fyddi di\u2019n cysgu am 11 y nos. Mae cael trefn gyson yn bwysig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cynllun adolygu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gosoda ffigwr benodol i\u2019r cyfnod astudio, a chadw ato. Yn bersonol dwi\u2019n gweithio\u2019n well wrth rannu\u2019r adolygu i mewn i dalpiau pynciau a chael seibiant byr ar \u00f4l gorffen adran. Cofia roi awr i ti dy hun i ginio a chael seibiant llwyr o unrhyw beth i wneud gydag astudio. Paid teimlo\u2019n euog am wneud yr hyn ti\u2019n mwynhau ar \u00f4l i ti orffen yr adolygu gosodwyd am y diwrnod. Bwyd i\u2019r ymennydd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r ffordd ti\u2019n bwyta yn chwarae rhan bwysig mewn dileu straen. Fy hafan ddiogel i pan oedd gen i bwysau penderfyniadau pwysig oedd siocled \u2013 llawer o siocled. I\u2019m hanfodlonrwydd, er bod bwydydd llawn siwgr a braster yn dy godi di yn y tymor byr, byddi di\u2019n teimlo\u2019n isel wedyn. Efallai nad yw ffrwythau, llysiau, cnau, bwydydd protein a grawnfwyd yn swnio\u2019n flasus iawn bob tro, ond byddant yn cadw\u2019r lefelau siwgr yn y gwaed yn uchel ac maent yn dda i\u2019r ymennydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cwtanu\u2019r caffein<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Efallai bod coffi, te a cola yn teimlo fel ffrind ffyddlon wrth i ti wynebu llinellau terfyn a phenderfyniadau straenus. Ond, byddi di\u2019n teimlo\u2019n gynhyrfus ac yn cael trafferth cysgu. Rhaid yfed digon o dd\u0175r i gadw\u2019n hydradol. Mae te llysieuol hefyd yn ddewis gwych yn lle dy baned arferol. Ffefryn personol i mi ydy camil a m\u00eal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Osgoi sgrin yn hwyr y nos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gallet ti feddwl bod cyfryngau cymdeithasol yn ffordd dda i wastraffu amser wrth eistedd yn y gwely, ond twyll yw hyn. Roedd cadw pellter o\u2019r byd y tu mewn i\u2019m ff\u00f4n yn help i mi i fynd i gysgu\u2019n haws. Y prif reswm am hyn ydy bod edrych ar sgrin am o leiaf dwy awr cyn cysgu yn atal y rhyddhad arferol o melatonin yn y nos, yr hormon sydd yn gyfrifol am wneud ti\u2019n gysglyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae mynd ar gyfryngau cymdeithasol yn hwyr y nos yn rhoi ti mewn perygl o ddialog panig hefyd. Dy ffrindiau yn poeni am ddiffyg paratoi ar gyfer yr arholiad nesaf, s\u00f4n am yr ateb i\u2019r cwestiwn diwethaf nad wyt ti\u2019n cofio ei weld hyd yn oed, neu pa mor hawdd oedd yr arholiad tra bod ti wedi cael trafferth cofio sut i ysgrifennu dy enw ar frig y dudalen! Meddwl yn bositif<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Y ffordd gorau i wir orffwys oedd newid meddylfryd. Mae\u2019n bwysig deall nad yw\u2019r dyfodol yn ddibynnol llwyr ar ganlyniad un arholiad. Er bod canlyniadau arholiadau da yn helpu ti i lwyddo yn dy uchelgeisiau, paid teimlo nad oes posib bod yn llwyddiannus heb gael C yn y TGAU Daearyddiaeth. Ni chafodd Richard Branson, Bill Gates a Zoella radd prifysgol.
