Fitamin D o&#8217;r haul<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae Fitamin D yn bwysig iawn i gadw esgyrn, dannedd a chyhyrau yn iach, ond mae&#8217;n gallu cael effaith mawr ar dy dymer di hefyd. Haul ydy&#8217;r ffordd orau i gael Fitamin D a gall diffyg haul achosi i ti deimlo&#8217;n isel iawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae posib cael digon o Fitamin D gan yr haul yn y Gwanwyn a&#8217;r Haf ond efallai bydd rhaid cymryd fitaminau atodol (supplements) yn yr Hydref a&#8217;r Gaeaf. Mae rhai pobl yn dioddef o anhwylder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/mental-health\/conditions\/seasonal-affective-disorder-sad\/overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SAD<\/a> sydd yn achosi iselder yn y Gaeaf. Mwy o Ocsigen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;r mwyafrif ohonom yn deall bod angen ocsigen i anadlu. Mae cael awyr iach yn cynyddu&#8217;r llif ocsigen yn ein gwaed, ac mae hyn yn dda i&#8217;r ysgyfaint a&#8217;r ymennydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae ocsigen yn rhyddhau serotonin sef cemegyn hormon. Os oes gen ti lefelau serotonin isel yna mae&#8217;n gallu gwneud i ti deimlo&#8217;n bryderus ac yn isel. Bydd cael mwy o ocsigen yn y corff yn cynyddu&#8217;r serotonin ac yn helpu i wella tymer a llesiant. Cadw&#8217;n heini i deimlo&#8217;n dda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrth gadw&#8217;n heini mae&#8217;r system nerfol yn cynhyrchu endorffinau, cemegyn naturiol yn dy gorff. Mae endorffinau yn gemegyn sydd yn gwneud i rywun deimlo&#8217;n dda, yn gwella dy dymer ac yn helpu i leihau iselder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nid oes rhaid i ffitrwydd fod yn obsesiwn er mwyn i ti gael ychydig o ymarfer corff ac awyr iach. Cer i redeg os wyt ti eisiau, ond gallet ti fynd am dro (a phacio picnic hefyd), cicio p\u00eal, reidio beic\/sgwter\/sgrialfwrdd (neu unrhyw olwynion eraill!), ymarfer ychydig o yoga, chwarae yn y parc. Cysgu&#8217;n well<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae ymarfer corff ac awyr iach yn gallu helpu ti i gysgu&#8217;n well a gall hynny fod yn bwysig i&#8217;r tymer. Heb ddigon o gwsg byddi di&#8217;n teimlo&#8217;n ddiog a gall hyn wneud ti&#8217;n flin a theimlo&#8217;n isel. Mae gwyrdd yn lliw sydd yn gallu tawelu&#8217;r meddwl ac yn ymlacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pan fyddi di&#8217;n meddwl am natur a&#8217;r amgylchedd rwyt ti&#8217;n meddwl am y lliw gwyrdd &#8211; gwair gwyrdd a choed gwyrdd o gwmpas.
