Mae\u2019n bwysig iawn cadw amser i sicrhau ein bod ni, a\u2019r bobl o\u2019n cwmpas, yn iawn. Cymera saib o\u2019r astudio am gyfnod i siarad gyda ffrindiau am dy deimladau. Mae rhannu gyda phobl sydd yn yr un sefyllfa \u00e2 thi yn ffordd dda i gael gwared ar deimladau o rwystredigaeth. Gallech chi helpu eich gilydd wrth rannu\u2019r ffyrdd rydych chi\u2019n ymlacio ac yn lleihau\u2019r straen. Sicrha bod ffrindiau yn deall y gallant siarad \u00e2 thi os yw straen a\u2019r nerfau\u2019n dod yn ormod. Mae&#8217;n deimlad hollol wahanol i\u2019r ffordd mae&#8217;r mwyafrif yn teimlo dros gyfnod byr arholiadau. Gall hwn fod yn gyfnod peryglus gydag arwyddion o salwch meddwl yn cael eu methu. Mae\u2019n bwysig peidio cymharu straen arholiadau i bryder fel salwch meddwl. Nid yw\u2019r ddau&#8217;r un peth. Os wyt ti\u2019n dioddef o straen arholiadau, mae\u2019r teimladau yma\u2019n normal. Dychmyga pa mor rhwystredig y byddai i rywun sydd \u00e2 chyflwr iechyd meddwl difrifol i orfod rhannu\u2019r rhestr aros hir i weld doctor neu gynghorwr gyda rhywun ble mae\u2019r straen yn debygol o ddiflannu ar \u00f4l diwedd yr arholiadau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn yr un modd, dychmyga pa mor rhwystredig a bychanol yw dweud wrth berson ifanc sydd \u00e2 phryder mai straen arholiadau sydd ar fai am yr holl feddyliau negyddol afreolus sydd ganddynt. Mae rhai pobl mewn risg ac mae\u2019n beryglus amharu ar eu rhwydwaith cefnogol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gwna amser i siarad.
