Mae yna ddigonedd o resymau da i wirfoddoli, ond wyt ti wedi meddwl am y buddiannau mae&#8217;n gallu ei gael arnat ti? Rydym yn edrych ar fuddiannau gwirfoddoli ar gyfer <a href=\"https:\/\/volunteersweek.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr <\/a>(1-7 Mehefin).<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae iechyd meddwl da yn bwysig iawn i bobl ifanc, yn enwedig nawr. Mae adeiladu gwydnwch (resilience) yn hanfodol i amddiffyn ein hiechyd meddwl. Gall gwirfoddoli chwarae rhan fawr yn datblygu ein sgiliau, profiadau, ac, yn bwysicach nag dim, ein synnwyr o lesiant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae gwirfoddoli yn golygu cynnig ychydig o dy amser, sgiliau ac ynni i unigolion neu sefydliadau heb ddisgwyl dim yn \u00f4l. Mae peidio disgwyl unrhyw beth am dy amser yn gallu cael budd annisgwyl, fel synnwyr o ystyr, adeiladu hyder a diolchgarwch, a chael effaith bositif ar iechyd meddwl a gwydnwch. Gall gwirfoddoli helpu ti i fod yn fwy cymdeithasol a chaniat\u00e1u i ti weld y darlun mawr.
