Gall fod yn anodd cadw lles meddwl yn iach gan fod tueddiad i ganolbwyntio ar bethau negyddol yn aml. Ond mae&#8217;n bosib hyfforddi ein meddyliau i fod yn iachach! Yn hytrach nag gyrru neges testun neu adael sylwad ar bost cyfryngau cymdeithasol, beth am ffonio neu gyfarfod wyneb i wyneb? Bydd hyn yn gadael i ti weld sut mae rhywun yn teimlo go iawn, a rhoi cyfle iddynt gysylltu gyda thi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae posib cysylltu gyda phobl ddiarth hefyd, gyda gwen, dweud helo, neu holi am eu diwrnod. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os wyt ti&#8217;n awyddus i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meiccymru.org\/cym\/gwneud-ffrindiau-newydd\/\">wneud cysylltiadau newydd<\/a>, yna beth am ymuno \u00e2 chlwb neu gr\u0175p? Gallet ti gyfarfod \u00e2 phobl newydd sydd yn mwynhau&#8217;r un pethau?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae treulio amser gyda phobl bob dydd yn gallu helpu ti i deimlo cysylltiad ac yn llai unig. Chwilia am ffyrdd bach, cyraeddadwy, i ti fod yn weithgar bob dydd. Gallet ti fynd am dro, rhedeg, ymestyn, neu ddawnsio fel petai neb yn gwylio. Gallet ti ddysgu mwy am y pethau sydd o ddiddordeb i ti ac sydd yn gwneud ti&#8217;n hapus yn dy amser di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae darganfod rhywbeth newydd sydd yn diddori ti (neu ailddarganfod hen ddiddordeb) yn gallu rhoi teimlad o foddhad. I ddysgu rhywbeth newydd, gallet ti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cofrestru am gwrs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ceisio trwsio rhywbeth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cymryd cyfrifoldeb newydd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dysgu sut i chwarae offeryn cerddorol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rhoi tro ar rys\u00e1it newydd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dysgu iaith newydd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dysgu mwy am ddiwylliant gwahanol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae dysgu yn gallu bod yn hwyl. Gall helpu ti i deimlo&#8217;n fwy hyderus a rhoi hwb i dy hunan-barch. Mae hwn yn sgil gelwir yn <a href=\"https:\/\/meddwl.org\/ymdopi\/ymwybyddiaeth-ofalgar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ymwybyddiaeth ofalgar<\/a> (mindfulness) a gellir ymarfer hwn fel dy fod di&#8217;n rhoi sylw i dy feddyliau a theimladau presennol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er mwyn gwneud hyn, sylwa ar yr hyn sydd yn digwydd yn y byd o&#8217;th gwmpas ar hyn o bryd. Beth wyt ti&#8217;n gallu gweld, cyffwrdd, blasu, clywed, ac arogli? Nid oes rhaid i ti wneud rhywbeth mawr neu roi rhywbeth sydd yn ddrud. Mewn gwirionedd, mae rhoi amser, geiriau, neu wen, yn gallu meddwl llawer mwy. Mae&#8217;r weithred leiaf un o garedigrwydd yn gallu gwneud gwahaniaeth. Gallet ti wneud rhywbeth caredig i rywun sydd yn bwysig i ti, neu rywun diarth hyd yn oed, fel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ysgrifennu nodyn neis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gwneud paned o de<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rhoi i elusen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.meiccymru.org\/cym\/5-ffordd-gall-gwirfoddoli-helpu-iechyd-meddwl\/\">gwirfoddoli<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>canmol rhywun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>helpu rhywun gyda thasg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gofyn i rywun os ydynt angen rhywbeth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae gofyn rhywbeth syml fel sut mae rhywun a chymryd amser i wrando ar yr ateb yn ffordd gr\u00eat i roi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae rhoi i eraill yn gallu gwneud i ti deimlo&#8217;n dda, wrth i ti ddeall dy fod di wedi helpu rhywun.
