Mae llawer o bobl o bob rhyw yn dioddef o ddelwedd corff negyddol. Mae&#8217;n beth normal. Rydym yma i geisio rhoi hwb i dy hunanhyder a hyrwyddo ychydig o bositifrwydd y corff am yr haf.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beth yw delwedd corff?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngminds.org.uk\/young-person\/coping-with-life\/body-image\/\">Delwedd corff<\/a> yw&#8217;r ffordd rwyt ti&#8217;n meddwl am dy gorff. Mae cael delwedd corff negyddol yn golygu nad wyt ti&#8217;n hapus \u00e2 dy edrychiad mewn rhyw ffordd. Efallai bod hyn oherwydd pwysau, edrychiad, si\u00e2p, anabledd, creithiau, marciau geni, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngminds.org.uk\/young-person\/coping-with-life\/gender-and-mental-health\/\">rhyw<\/a> a llawer mwy. Mae ffrindiau, teulu, diwylliant, y cyfryngau a phrofiadau&#8217;r gorffennol i gyd yn gallu dylanwadu arno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrth i bobl dreulio oriau ar-lein ar wahanol lwyfannau cyfryngau cymdeithasol yn ddyddiol, mae&#8217;n hawdd iawn cael dy sugno i mewn i&#8217;r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meiccymru.org\/cym\/ydyr-hyn-tin-weld-ar-instagram-yn-wir\/\">delweddau afrealistig ac anghyraeddadwy<\/a> sydd yn cael eu rhannu ar nifer o gyfrifon. Mae&#8217;n hawdd dechrau cymharu dy hun i&#8217;r bobl &#8216;berffaith&#8217; yma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efallai bod rhai pobl sydd yn dioddef o ddelwedd corff negyddol yn ceisio cuddio&#8217;r pethau nad ydynt yn hoff iawn ohonynt gyda cholur neu ddillad. Nid yw hapusrwydd Instagram yn cyfateb i hapusrwydd bywyd go iawn. Nid yw bod yn &#8216;denau&#8217;, &#8216;tlws&#8217; neu fod \u00e2 &#8216;abs anfarwol&#8217; yn cyfateb i &#8216;hapus&#8217; a &#8216;iach&#8217;. Dim ond y pethau da fydd pobl yn rhannu ar gyfryngau cymdeithasol. Pa mor aml mae rhywun yn rhannu ongl anffafriol neu pan fydd sneips yn hongian o&#8217;r trwyn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nid oes rhaid i ti edrych ryw ffordd benodol i deimlo&#8217;n haeddiannol neu i gael dy garu. Os nad yw hyn yn bosib, yna dweud wrthynt sut maent yn gwneud i ti deimlo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bydda&#8217;n garedig i dy hun &#8211; stopia rhoi dy hun i lawr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canolbwyntia ar y pethau rwyt ti&#8217;n hoffi am dy hun yn hytrach nag obsesu am y pethau rwyt ti&#8217;n cas\u00e1u. Mae pethau fel bod yn garedig, yn gynorthwyol, hwyl, ffrind da ayb. yn llawer pwysicach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edrycha ar bobl eraill a sylwi ar y gwahaniaethau. Ni fydd y mwyafrif yn meddwl ddwywaith am dy edrychiad. Y lle gorau i gychwyn yw cysylltu gyda&#8217;r doctor. Gallan nhw sicrhau dy fod di&#8217;n cael yr holl faeth a fitaminau sydd ei angen i ddilyn diet cytbwys, mae dy gorff di yn dal i ddatblygu. Mae llawer o wybodaeth am iechyd meddwl, ymarfer corff, cwsg, bwyta&#8217;n iach, rhoi gorau i ysmygu, alcohol ac iechyd rhywiol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae ymarfer corff yn ffordd wych i roi hwb i hunanhyder a dod yn iach. Nid oes rhaid i ti gael aelodaeth ddrud i&#8217;r gampfa.
