Mae newidiadau positif yn gallu gwneud i ti deimlo\u2019n dda, ond os wyt ti\u2019n stryglo yn barod, mae addunedau sydd yn anodd eu cadw yn gallu gwneud i ti deimlo\u2019n fethiant. Gwna\u2019r hyn sydd yn teimlo\u2019n iawn i ti, a phaid rhoi pwysau ar dy hun.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gellir gwneud newidiadau positif unrhyw amser yn ystod y flwyddyn; nid oes rhaid iddo fod yn adduned blwyddyn newydd! Os wyt ti\u2019n teimlo bod pethau ddim yn gr\u00eat, mae penderfynu newid rhywbeth yn gallu cael effaith bositif iawn ar dy fywyd. Os yw pethau\u2019n llithro, paid rhoi\u2019r ffidl yn y to. Atgoffa dy hun am y rheswm roeddet ti eisiau gwneud y pethau yma, a chychwyn eto. Ond, os wyt ti\u2019n meddwl nad yw\u2019r newidiadau yma yn iawn i ti, ac yn gwneud i ti deimlo\u2019n ddigalon, yna paid bod ofn stopio a rhoi tro ar rywbeth gwahanol yn lle hynny. Ond, dyw\u2019r ffaith bod pobl eraill yn troi\u2019n fegan neu\u2019n yfed ysgytlaeth slimio yn fis Ionawr ddim yn golygu bod rhaid i ti hefyd. Mae posib gwneud newidiadau, dilyn diet iach a bwyta\u2019r bwydydd rwyt ti\u2019n ei fwynhau o hyd. Gwna ddewisiadau sydd yn iawn i ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae\u2019r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/live-well\/eat-well\/meat-nutrition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GIG yn argymell <\/a>bwyta llai o gig coch. Tra bod cig yn uchel mewn protein a fitaminau, mae\u2019n gallu bod yn uchel mewn braster dirlawn (saturated fat), ac nid yw hyn yn gr\u00eat i&#8217;r corff os wyt ti\u2019n bwyta gormod. Mae newidiadau bach yn gallu bod yn fuddiol i iechyd, fel dewis llai o gig \u00e2 braster, peidio ychwanegu olew, grilio yn hytrach nag ffrio, ychwanegu mwy o lysiau mewn prydau ac efallai cael ychydig o ddiwrnodau heb gig a dewis pysgod neu fwyd fegan\/llysieuol yn lle. Edrycha ar y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.llyw.cymru\/canllaw-bwytan-dda-html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canllaw Bwyta\u2019n Dda<\/a>, sydd \u00e2 llawer o gyngor i ddilyn diet iachach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sicrha dy fod di\u2019n yfed digon hefyd. Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/live-well\/eat-well\/water-drinks-nutrition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">yfed 6-8 gwydriad o dd\u0175r<\/a> y dydd (ychwanegu diod heb siwgr os wyt ti eisiau) a bwyta o leiaf <a href=\"https:\/\/111.wales.nhs.uk\/encyclopaedia\/h\/article\/healthyeating?locale=cy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5 dogn o ffrwythau neu lysiau<\/a> bob dydd yn dda i ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gov.wales\/sites\/default\/files\/publications\/2019-02\/eatwell-guide.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/meic.cymru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2022-01-11-at-13.49.40-1024x722.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4852\" style=\"width:512px;height:361px\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Llai o alcohol?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae rhai pobl yn yfed alcohol am ei fod yn beth cymdeithasol; mae\u2019n gallu ymlacio rhywun a gwneud iddynt deimlo\u2019n fwy hyderus. Mae rhai pobl yn yfed gormod ac yn ei chael yn anodd stopio. Mae llawer o bobl yn dewis peidio yfed o gwbl ac yn gallu cael hwyl o hyd. Nid yma i swnian bod yfed alcohol yn ddrwg ydym ni;&nbsp; dim ond eisiau i ti fod yn ymwybodol o\u2019r peryglon o yfed gormod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae yfed gormod yn gallu bod yn ddrwg i iechyd. Ceisia yfed yn araf ac yfed d\u0175r rhwng diodydd. Mae yfed yn drwm dros gyfnod o amser yn gallu arwain at broblemau iechyd tymor hir fel clefyd afu (liver disease) yn ogystal ag iechyd meddwl gwael. Os wyt ti\u2019n drist, mae\u2019n debygol y bydd yn gwneud i ti deimlo\u2019n fwy diflas; os wyt ti\u2019n flin, gall wneud ti\u2019n fwy blin.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.meiccymru.org\/cym\/sut-i-gychwyn-sgwrs-i-rannu-problem\/\"> Siarada gyda rhywun <\/a>os wyt ti&#8217;n cael meddyliau neu deimladau negyddol, osgo ddefnyddio alcohol neu gyffuriau i geisio lleihau\u2019r teimladau yma. Nd yw papuro dros y craciau yn gweithio; mae angen targedu\u2019r problemau er mwyn dechrau teimlo\u2019n well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os wyt ti\u2019n teimlo fel bod alcohol yn dechrau dod yn broblem ac eisiau siarad gyda rhywun am y peth, cysyllta \u00e2 ni yma ar linell gymorth Meic, a gallem ddod o hyd i\u2019r cymorth cywir i ti. Mae ymarfer corff yn creu cemegyn gelwir yn endorffin yn y corff. Cemegyn teimlad-da yw hwn, sydd yn gallu gwella hwyliau a lleihau iselder. Efallai byddi di\u2019n cael <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meiccymru.org\/cym\/6-cam-i-gael-noson-well-o-gwsg\/\">noson well o gwsg<\/a> hefyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae yna lawer o raglenni ymarfer corff am ddim gellir eu dilyn ar YouTube, ond os yw\u2019r tywydd yn dda, mae yna fuddiannau ychwanegol i gadw\u2019n heini yn yr awyr agored. Mae awyr iach, a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.meiccymru.org\/cym\/5-rheswm-pam-bod-natur-yn-dda-ir-iechyd-meddwl\/\"> natur yn wych i iechyd corfforol a meddyliol<\/a>. Nid oes rhaid bod yn ffr\u00eec ffitrwydd i gael ymarfer corff ac awyr iach. Cer i redeg os wyt ti eisiau, ond gallet ti fynd i gerdded, cicio p\u00eal, mynd ar gefn beic\/sgwter\/sgrialfwrdd (neu unrhyw olwynion eraill!), ymarfer ychydig o ioga neu chwarae yn y parc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae yna ddigonedd o weithgareddau ymarfer corff sydd ddim yn gorfod teimlo\u2019n ddiflas. Gall dweud rhywbeth yn uchel deimlo fel bod pwysau mawr yn diflannu , ond mae dweud wrth rywun hefyd yn ffordd i gael y cymorth sydd ei angen a gwneud newidiadau positif yn dy fywyd.
