Nid oedd y cyngor yn dod yn syth ac roedd yn cael ei ddefnyddio i greu blogiau dienw ar gyfer y wefan i helpu pobl ifanc eraill oedd yn mynd trwy brofiad tebyg. Nid ydym yn cynnig Coda&#8217;r Meic bellach. Dwi\u2019n crio am y pethau lleiaf a gyda chur pen cyson sydd yn atal mi rhag cadw dim o\u2019r wybodaeth dwi\u2019n adolygu i mewn. Dwi\u2019n eithaf twp yn barod, felly os nad ydw i\u2019n pasio yna nid oes gen i unrhyw gyfle mewn bywyd. Mae\u2019n debyg nad oes gen i unrhyw obaith beth bynnag gan fod fy nheulu i\u2019n eithaf tlawd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cyngor Meic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Helo &#8216;na, diolch i ti am gysylltu gyda ni yma ym Meic. Mae&#8217;n ddrwg gen i glywed dy fod di&#8217;n pryderu cymaint am dy adolygu, a&#8217;r holl deimladau negyddol sydd gen ti tuag at dy hun a beth sydd gan y dyfodol i&#8217;w gynnig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nid ti yw&#8217;r unig un. Mae llawer o bobl ifanc yn profi straen a phryder oherwydd pwysau ysgol, fel arholiadau. Mae&#8217;n gyffredin hefyd i boeni am yr effaith gall yr arholiadau yma ei gael ar dy ddyfodol. Rwyt ti&#8217;n meddwl bod ffaelu yn golygu nad fydd gen ti unrhyw gyfle mewn bywyd. Er ei fod yn naturiol i bobl ifanc deimlo fel hyn wrth wynebu&#8217;r fath bwysau, nid yw&#8217;n wir o reidrwydd. Mae hyn yn lot mawr o bwysau arnat ti, fydd yn gallu cael effaith ar dy iechyd emosiynol, ac o ganlyn, lefelau pryder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cofia, er bod arholiadau yn gallu effeithio ar dy ddewisiadau neu&#8217;r llwybr ti&#8217;n ei gymryd, nid yw canlyniad yr un arholiad yn golygu nad oes gen ti unrhyw gyfle mewn bywyd. Ceisia fod yn rhesymol am hyn a rhoi pethau mewn persbectif pan ddaw at ddewisiadau. Efallai byddai&#8217;n syniad siarad gyda rhywun am yr hyn sydd yn dy boeni, mae dweud rhywbeth yn uchel a rhannu yn gallu bod yn rhyddhad.
