Nid oedd y cyngor yn dod yn syth ac roedd yn cael ei ddefnyddio i greu blogiau dienw ar gyfer y wefan i helpu pobl ifanc eraill oedd yn mynd trwy brofiad tebyg. Nid ydym yn cynnig Coda&#8217;r Meic bellach. Doeddwn i ddim isio gwneud iddi deimlo&#8217;n anghyfforddus felly gofynnais pa un oedd ganddi. Atebodd nad oedd enw ar un hi. Weithiau nid yw&#8217;n bwyta, diwrnodau eraill dim ond sothach mae&#8217;n bwyta, ac yna weithiau mae&#8217;n bwyta&#8217;n normal. Ond weithiau gall fynd wythnosau heb fwyta llawer, ac mae hyn yn fy mhoeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dwi&#8217;n gwybod gall fod yn ddrwg i wneud i rywun fwyta os oes ganddynt anhwylder bwyta. Ond dwi&#8217;n poeni cymaint weithiau dwi&#8217;n ceisio gwneud iddi fwyta. Dwi&#8217;n prynu siocled neu rywbeth bach mae hi&#8217;n hoffi ac yn dweud wrthi os ydy hi eisiau neu angen rhywbeth i fwyta yna mae o yna iddi. Weithiau dyw hi ddim yn ei fwyta a dwi&#8217;n poeni&#8217;n ofnadwy am hyn. Rwyt ti wedi dweud dy fod di&#8217;n gwybod bod ceisio gwneud i rywun fwyta sydd ag anhwylder bwyta ddim yn syniad da. Ond, rwyt ti&#8217;n poeni cymaint am dy ffrind fel dy fod di&#8217;n prynu bwyd iddi weithiau ac yn ei hannog i&#8217;w fwyta. Mae&#8217;r bwriad yn un caredig, ond rwyt ti&#8217;n gywir wrth ddweud nad yw&#8217;n syniad da i roi pwysau ar rywun sydd ag anhwylder bwyta i fwyta (neu i stopio bwyta os mai dyma yw eu problem nhw). Efallai nad yw&#8217;n deall y ffordd orau i reoli ei salwch na pha gymorth sydd ar gael iddi. Mae yna lawer o gymorth proffesiynol ar gael i bobl sydd yn dioddef o anhwylder bwyta.
