Does gen ti ddim llawer o awydd yfed, ond mae meddwl am fod yr unig berson sobor yn gwneud i ti deimlo\u2019n anghyfforddus.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os ydi hyn yn swnio\u2019n gyfarwydd, dwyt ti ddim ar ben dy hun. Mae nifer o oedolion ifanc yn teimlo pwysau i yfed mewn sefyllfaoedd cymdeithasol. Dim o reidrwydd oherwydd eu bod yn gaeth i alcohol, ond fel ffordd o deimlo\u2019n gyfforddus a ffitio fewn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pam ydyn ni\u2019n defnyddio alcohol?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae nifer o resymau pam bod alcohol bron yn ddewis awtomatig mewn sefyllfaoedd cymdeithasol. I lawer o bobl, mae\u2019n ffordd o ymlacio a lleihau pryder cymdeithasol. Mae alcohol yn iselydd sy\u2019n arafu\u2019r brif system nerfol, a gall wneud i ti deimlo\u2019n gyfforddus ac yn hyderus ar y dechrau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mewn arolwg <a href=\"https:\/\/www.drinkaware.co.uk\/news\/young-adults-are-more-likely-to-drink-at-high-risk-levels-despite-growth-in-non-drinkers\">DrinkAware<\/a> canfuwyd bod oedolion ifanc 18 i 24 oed yn fwy tebygol i yfed ar lefel risg uwch na unrhyw gr\u0175p oedran arall. Mae hyn yn profi cymaint mae pobl ifanc yn defnyddio alcohol mewn sefyllfaoedd cymdeithasol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ffactor arall yw diwylliant yfed Prydain, yn enwedig yn ystod coleg, prifysgol a dy ugeiniau. Mae digwyddiadau cymdeithasol yn cylchdroi o amgylch alcohol, ac mae &#8216;na bwysau i yfed os wyt ti eisiau ffitio fewn a gwneud ffrindiau. Dros amser, gall rwystro dy allu i ddatblygu sgiliau cymdeithasol go iawn. Yn lle dysgu sut i gymdeithasu heb yfed, rwyt ti\u2019n dod yn ddibynnol ar alcohol i deimlo\u2019n llai anghyfforddus a nerfus. Gall hyn arwain at ddibyniaeth, ble ti\u2019n teimlo na elli di gymdeithasu hebddo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae yfed alcohol yn rheolaidd, er nad ydi o\u2019n cael ei ystyried yn ddibyniaeth lwyr, yn cael effaith ar dy iechyd corfforol a dy iechyd meddwl. Mae\u2019n cael effaith ar dy gwsg, yn gwanhau dy system imiwnedd ac yn cyfrannu at bryder ac iselder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gad i ni edrych ar y ffeithiau. Yn \u00f4l <a href=\"https:\/\/phw.nhs.wales\/services-and-teams\/observatory\/data-and-analysis\/alcohol-and-health-in-wales-2014\/\">Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru<\/a>, mae ystadegau diweddar yn awgrymu bod 1 bachgen o bob 6 ac 1 merch o bob 7 rhwng 11 ac 16 oed yn yfed alcohol o leiaf unwaith yr wythnos. Mae tua 400 o bobl ifanc o dan 18 yn mynd i\u2019r ysbyty oherwydd cyflyrau sy\u2019n berthnasol i alcohol bob blwyddyn. Alcohol yw prif achos marwolaethau y gellir eu hatal yn y DU,&nbsp;felly mae&#8217;n fwy na chael hwyl gyda dy ffrindiau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y newyddion da ydy bod modd torri\u2019r arferiad a theimlo&#8217;n gyfforddus yn cymdeithasu heb alcohol. Mae\u2019n iawn dewis peidio yfed &#8211; nid yw hyn yn dy wneud yn llai o hwyl ac yn wrthgymdeithasol. Drwy\u2019r herio\u2019r pwysau i yfed, ti\u2019n magu hyder yn dy allu cymdeithasol a ti\u2019n gwella dy les corfforol a meddyliol hefyd. Wyt ti\u2019n bryderus? Ti\u2019n teimlo pwysau i ffitio fewn? Mae adlewyrchu ar y rhesymau pam ti\u2019n yfed yn bwysig oherwydd mae\u2019n helpu ti ddeall pam ti\u2019n troi at alcohol. Unwaith ti\u2019n deall y rhesymau yma, galli di ddatblygu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meiccymru.org\/cym\/hunanofal-a-dulliau-ymdopi\/\">dulliau ymdopi<\/a> iachach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gosod targedau bach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dechreua drwy osod targedau bach a chyraeddadwy. Os wyt ti\u2019n cael pum diod fel arfer, tr\u00efa gael tri. Ffordd dda o wneud hyn yw yfed diodydd alcoholig a di-alcohol fel diod meddal neu gwrw heb alcohol bob yn ail. Mae hyn yn helpu ti reoli faint ti\u2019n yfed. Dathla\u2019r buddugoliaethau bach yma fel ti\u2019n gwneud cynnydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cynllunia o flaen llaw<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyn mynd i barti, tafarn neu glwb, cymer amser i feddwl am be ti am yfed. Penderfyna cyn mynd allan os wyt ti eisiau yfed ychydig bach llai neu beidio yfed o gwbl. Mae cael cynllun yn helpu ti aros at dy darged a pheidio rhoi fewn i\u2019r pwysau gan eraill. Treulia amser gyda ffrindiau sy\u2019n cefnogi dy benderfyniad i yfed llai. Mae\u2019r ffrindiau yma yn parchu dy benderfyniadau a wna&#8217;n nhw ddim rhoi pwysau arnat i yfed mwy na ti\u2019n gyfforddus efo. Mae eu hanogaeth yn gwneud gwahaniaeth mawr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ymarfer dweud \u2018na\u2019<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae gwrthod diod yn gallu teimlo\u2019n lletchwith, yn enwedig os ti\u2019n yfed fel arfer. Y mwyaf ti\u2019n ymarfer dweud \u2018na\u2019 mae\u2019n dod yn haws ac yn fwy naturiol. Gallet ti baratoi ychydig o bethau i\u2019w dweud rhag ofn fel, \u201cdwi\u2019n iawn diolch\u201d, \u201cdwi\u2019n gyrru heno\u201d neu \u201cdwi\u2019n cymryd br\u00eac o yfed\u201d. Bydda\u2019n hyderus a phendant yn dy ymateb, a phaid \u00e2 theimlo bod rhaid i ti roi esboniad hir os nad wyt ti eisiau gwneud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Canolbwyntio ar y cysylltiad cymdeithasol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Newidia dy ffocws o yfed i fod yn rhan o sgyrsiau a gweithgareddau gwerthfawr. Bydd hyn yn helpu ti adeiladu cysylltiadau a hyder mewn sefyllfaoedd cymdeithasol. Efallai byddi di\u2019n cael sioc gymaint o hwyl ti\u2019n cael heb alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chwilia am ddewis di-alcohol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae nifer o dafarndai, bariau a bwytai yn cynnig amrywiaeth eang o ddewisiadau di-alcohol. Galli di gael cwrw, gwin, gwirod neu goctel heb alcohol. Mae\u2019r dewisiadau yma yn ffordd wych o fod yn rhan o\u2019r atmosffer cymdeithasol heb yfed. Mae dewis diod di-alcohol yn ei gwneud hi\u2019n haws i ti aros at dy darged a mwynhau mynd allan heb deimlo dy fod yn methu allan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ceisio cymorth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os wyt ti\u2019n ei chael yn anodd lleihau faint ti\u2019n yfed ar ben dy hun, efallai gall cefnogaeth broffesiynol helpu. Siarada gyda dy feddyg teulu, gallent gynnig cyngor a dy gyfeirio at wasanaethau priodol. Mae \u2018na nifer o wasanaethau lleol a cenedlaethol sy\u2019n cynnig cefnogaeth gydag alcohol. Gallent gynnig arweiniad, cwnsela a grwpiau cefnogaeth. Mae gwasanaethau fel <a href=\"https:\/\/dan247.org.uk\/cy\/hafan\/\">DAN 24\/7<\/a> yn cynnig cyngor am ddim a cyfrinachol i bobl a theuluoedd sy\u2019n cael eu heffeithio gan alcohol a chyffuriau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eisiau rhywun i wrando?
