Tr\u00efa greu amserlen ddyddiol neu wythnosol sy\u2019n cynnwys amser ar gyfer gwaith, ymlacio a gweithgareddau. Gall fforymau ar-lein, grwpiau cefnogi a sefydliadau, gwasanaethau a phrosiectau lleol fod yn adnoddau gwerthfawr.
