Gall gweithiwr iechyd proffesiynol roi\u2019r diagnosis cywir i ti a sicrhau dy fod yn derbyn y gefnogaeth orau posib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pam bod pobl yn profi iselder?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Does dim un rheswm penodol pam fod pobl yn profi iselder. Weithiau mae iselder yn gallu rhedeg yn y teulu, ond gan amlaf mae\u2019n digwydd oherwydd sawl ffactor gwahanol. Efallai bydd y meddyg yn awgrymu rhai syniadau fel rhan o dy gynllun triniaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00efa gychwyn gyda newidiadau bach, hawdd i osgoi llethu dy hun. Mae pethau syml fel cael amserlen ddyddiol, gwneud ymarfer corff, cysgu digon, bwyta\u2019n dda a chysylltu gyda ffrindiau yn gallu rhoi hwb i dy hwyliau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae cadw dyddiadur neu ysgrifennu dy deimladau yn gallu bod yn ddefnyddiol. Dylai bob dewis gael ei egluro i ti; sut mae\u2019n helpu, unrhyw broblemau posib a hyd y driniaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tra bod meddyginiaeth ar bresgripsiwn yn ddewis cyffredin, dim dyma\u2019r unig ddewis, a dylet ti gael dewis dy gynllun triniaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019n bwysig cofio fod gen ti hawl i gael llais yn dy ofal iechyd a thriniaethau (mae hyn yn rhan o Erthyglau 12 a 24 o\u2019r&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/en\/instruments-mechanisms\/instruments\/convention-rights-child\">UNCRC<\/a>). Tra bod gweithwyr iechyd yn gallu awgrymu be maen nhw\u2019n meddwl sydd orau, mae rhaid iddynt wrando ar dy farn a dy deimladau hefyd. Drwy gydweithio byddwch chi\u2019n cytuno ar gynllun triniaeth i ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os wyt ti\u2019n anhapus gyda\u2019r driniaeth, mae gen ti hawl i ofyn cwestiynau a herio unrhyw beth ti ddim yn si\u0175r amdano. Maent yn lleddfu symptomau er mwyn i ti deimlo\u2019n fwy fel ti dy hun a byw yn fwy cyfforddus. Maent yn gallu gwella sut mae rhywun gyda phroblem iechyd meddwl yn teimlo, ac maent yn rhan bwysig o wella dy les meddyliol. Ond mae meddyginiaethau yn effeithio pawb yn wahanol. Fydd rhywbeth sy\u2019n gweithio\u2019n dda i un person, efallai ddim yn gweithio cystal i rywun arall, ac efallai yn achosi anghysur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyn cychwyn unrhyw feddyginiaeth, mae\u2019n bwysig gofyn cwestiynau a gwneud dy ymchwil dy hun. Efallai dy fod yn sylwi ar rai sgil-effeithio ar \u00f4l cychwyn, ond eu bod nhw\u2019n mynd gydag amser. Weithiau, mae rhai meddyginiaethau yn gwneud meddyliau am hunan-anafu a hunanladdiad yn fwy tebygol. Mae\u2019n debygol byddi di\u2019n cael cynnig nifer cyfyngedig o sesiynau gyntaf. Os wyt ti eisiau parhau, efallai bydd angen i ti chwilio am ddewisiadau eraill, ac efallai bydd y rhain yn costio.
