Fel arfer, gelwir hyn yn <a href=\"https:\/\/111.wales.nhs.uk\/encyclopaedia\/P\/article\/Premenstrualsyndrome?locale=en\">PMS (Syndrom Cyn-mislif)<\/a> ac mae&#8217;n cael ei dderbyn fel rhan naturiol o&#8217;r broses fislifol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ond weithiau mae&#8217;r symptomau yma&#8217;n llawer gwaeth na theimlo ychydig yn grac neu&#8217;n chwyddedig. Os yw&#8217;n dechrau ymyrryd ar dy fywyd bob dydd, efallai nad PMS ydyw mewn gwirionedd. Mae&#8217;r pethau yma&#8217;n tueddu i ddigwydd wythnos neu ddwy cyn y mislif ac fel arfer maent yn tawelu unwaith i&#8217;r gwaedu gychwyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ydy, mae PMS yn ddiflas, ond mae&#8217;n hawdd ei reoli i&#8217;r mwyafrif. Gall newid diet, cael rhywfaint o ymarfer corff, neu ofalu am dy hun helpu. Fel arfer nid yw&#8217;n difetha dy fywyd bob dydd yn llwyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ond yna mae gen ti PMDD<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gall PMDD gael llawer o&#8217;r un symptomau corfforol \u00e2 PMS, a all fod yn ofnadwy, ond mae&#8217;r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mind.org.uk\/information-support\/types-of-mental-health-problems\/premenstrual-dysphoric-disorder-pmdd\/what-is-pmdd\/\">pethau emosiynol<\/a> ar lefel hollol wahanol. Mae pobl \u00e2 PMDD yn delio \u00e2 phethau fel newidiadau hwyliau difrifol, pryder dwfn, iselder, yn bigog, neu deimlo anobaith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nid annifyr yn unig yw&#8217;r teimladau yma. Mae mynd i&#8217;r gwaith, yr ysgol, neu fod yng nghwmni pobl yn gallu bod yn anodd iawn. Nid yw&#8217;n ymwneud \u00e2 chael gormod neu dim digon o hormon; mae&#8217;n debycach i&#8217;r ffaith bod yr ymennydd ychydig yn fwy sensitif i&#8217;r newidiadau yma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sut wyt ti&#8217;n gwybod pa un sydd gen ti?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os wyt ti&#8217;n credu bod dy symptomau&#8217;n llawer gwaeth na PMS rheolaidd, ceisia eu tracio am gwpl o fisoedd. Ysgrifenna pryd maen nhw&#8217;n dechrau, pa mor hir maen nhw&#8217;n para, a pha mor ddwys ydynt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os yw&#8217;r symptomau yma&#8217;n taro&#8217;n galed bob tro cyn dy fislif ac yn cael effaith difrifol ar dy hwyliau neu fywyd, mae&#8217;n syniad da siarad \u00e2 meddyg am y peth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae PMS a PMDD yn real, ond yn bendant nid ydynt yr un peth. Os yw dy symptomau&#8217;n ddwys ac yn niweidio dy fywyd, paid \u00e2&#8217;u hanwybyddu.
